All prices are FOB Los Angeles, California. Shipping charge is extra. All S/H fees are not refundable. We accept PayPal, Discover, Visa, MC, AM-EXP, money orders and company checks. COD are not accepted. California residents add 8.75% sales tax.
Warranty & Limits of Responsibility
All SonicElectric branded products have 90 days warranty from invoice date. Warranty claims for third party products must be handled with the manufacturer directly. Solely the manufacturer determines warranty coverage. We urge the customer to deal with the manufacturer directly to reduce turn around time and shipping expenses. All discrepancies and damages must be reported within 1 business day of receipt. Otherwise credit cannot be given.
We accept no responsibility for any crash damage and/or loss of accessories during operation since in most cases it is very difficult or impossible to determine whether crash damage was actually due to radio equipment failure, improper installation, or operator error.
If customer receives ordered item and find that he/she made the mistake of ordering the incorrect item, SonicElectric can not be held responsible. Please see Merchandise Return section for acceptable return conditions.
Our orders ship by USPS (with required insurance) as selected from your order process. We normally ship within 1 to 2 business days after receiving the order. If an item is backordered, we will promptly contact you via email. Handling charges are included within the shipping charge.
All merchandise return must be within 20 days from invoice date and must have MRA number which you can get from email@example.com by email. Products return must be unopened, unused, in original packages with a copy of the original receipt. All returns subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Custom items are not returnable. A note for return reason or exchange must be included or we will not be able to process your return. There are no exceptions to this policy.
